Safeguarding

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. The Lowestoft and East Suffolk Methodist Circuit is committed to creating a safe and caring environment for children, young people and adults, and to responding promptly and appropriately to any safeguarding concern.

We follow the Methodist Church's safeguarding policy and procedures, and every one of our seven churches has a trained safeguarding officer.

If you have a concern

If you have a safeguarding concern about a child or adult, please contact our Circuit Safeguarding Officer without delay via our Contacts page. In an emergency, or if someone is in immediate danger, always contact the Police on 999.
